Dance classes are an excellent way to improve your fitness and posture.  Dancing guarantees a great mood, develops an awareness of your own body and allows you to express emotions through diverse dance styles.

Learning different dance styles promotes overall physical fitness levels.

LESSONS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH
These classes last around 50 minutes. 

• Ballet – ballet lessons introduce children to basic ballet positions and classical dance steps. During these sessions children use specially-choreographed moves in ballet games. Lessons include muscle strengthening, forming the right posture and eurhythmics. Ballet creates an overall sense of aesthetics as well as improves motor coordination and gracefulness. Children who dance ballet develop their imagination.
