Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness system to improve stretching and flexibility of all body muscles. Pilates system is a combination of yoga, ballet and isometric exercises.  Pilates contributes to the strengthening of muscles toning them not building them up. It also relieves the spines, improves posture and contributes to a more flexible body in general. What’s more, it reduces the level of stress and contributes to a general improvement of health.
